Kirk Vanek – Owner
Kirk Vanek moved to Henderson in 1995 after growing up in Iowa and living on the East Coast. He began working in insurance in 2001, where he opened his own American Family Insurance branch. Kirk enjoyed being an agent for American Family, but wanted to give his clients more coverage plans and options to choose from. After building a 3000 policy agency from scratch, Kirk left American Family Insurance started as an independent agent in 2008.
Kirk is lucky enough to raise three great children who have all became great adults who are chasing their dreams.
Robert Young – Producer
Robert Young is a long time resident of the Las Vegas community. In addition to being a family man, Robert also enjoys recreational activities, and contributing to local charities.
John McInerney – Producer
John McInerney is a local, licensed insurance agent for over 25 years in southern Nevada. He specializes in helping seniors and Medicare eligible people with their health insurance options. He is a broker and offers most of the plans available in Nevada.
John meets with his clients to find out their individual needs and makes recommendations. Medicare can be confusing and he makes it easy for his clients to understand and navigate.
Tara Martinez – Office Manager
Tara Martinez moved to Las Vegas in 1976 from Texas. She graduated from Chaparral High School in 1980. With 20 years of experience at Imperial Palace and Linq Hotel, Tara transitioned from the casino industry to the American Independent Insurance Group in 2014.
